Lily turns 12
This week has been a very special week for our family. Our Lily turned 12 today and I still can't believe I have a daughter who is that old. This year has been an amazing year for Lily. She started her new school a little over a year ago and has become a shining star at the school. We love her and are so proud of everything she has accomplished. As you can see from the many photos (and I mean many) she has had a very busy year. She has also written several plays for her classmates including writing her own part in the school play. She filmed a report on "The Winter Solstice" that blew away everyone in the school and is now being shown at all the schools that use the same curriculum as our kids school. She picked up the guitar and started playing almost instantly as plays all the time now. She has played a special part in Art, Drama, Music, Dance, Literacy and History. I can't believe she is mine and I am so very very proud of her. I can't believe how kind, considerate, loving, obedient and thoughtful she is. I could go on and on but I think I'll let the pictures speak for themselves.

Cute Lily! Wow! What a great collection of fun pictures. It really looks like you have fun every single day! Hope you had a wonderful birthday. I miss you and love you so much! I'm so proud of all the things you've accomplished this year!
Makes me feel so old. I remember chasing her out of the neighbors sprinklers when she was tiny. She is blossoming into a beautiful young woman. I can't believe she will be dating in 4 years. Crazy! Congrats. You have much to be proud of.
